Prices and Terms and Conditions

Cottage / Apartment

January - June, September - December excluding Easter, Whitsun, Xmas & New Year £400.00
July, August, Easter, Whitsun, Xmas & New Year £440.00

The above prices are based on two persons sharing; for additional guests please add £50.00 per person (available in cottage only).

Short breaks may be available particularly in the apartment.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Lets commence after 4 pm on arrival date and the premises must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Short breaks may be possible subject to availability.
  2. There will be no subletting of the property. The maximum number of guests will be advised to the owner at time of booking and must not be exceeded.
  3. A non-refundable deposit of 50.00 per week is payable at the time of booking. A receipt for this payment will be sent within 7 days. The remaining balance will be payable on arrival.
  4. Cheques (in UK Sterling) should be made payable to Mrs Anne MacDonald.
  5. Please advise the owner of any breakages or damage occurring during the period of your stay. Replacement items will be charged for at cost.
  6. The hirer is responsible for the property during the hire period and shall take reasonable and proper care of it, furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same clean and tidy condition and state of repair at the end of the letting period as at the beginning.
  7. No smoking is allowed inside the property.
  8. We will not accommodate pets.
  9. Bicycles must not be brought into the property. The owner has a shed that guests can store their bicycles; at the guests own risk.
  10. The owner shall have no liability for any death, personal injury, damage or loss of personal property, including cars.
  11. The owner reserves right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out necessary repairs or maintenance.
